Your Onboarding
Congratulations on a successful interview!
We look forward to you joining the 2026 cohort.
This page has all of the information you need to get prepared for your teacher training. You will see that we are very keen to support you before you start your teacher training course and will be keeping in touch with while you wait for the start to the course.
It's important that you read each section carefully which are written in order of priority.
If you need any help with your onboarding, please contact hello@teachbeyond.uk
1. Accept your offer
A conditional offer has been applied to your application on APPLY, please accept this offer as soon as possible.
To accept the offer, you will need to log in to APPLY. Click here to log in.
We will be able to see when you have done this at our end. You are allowed to wait until you have had other interviews with other providers if you wish to.
Tes Institute
Tes Institute will also send an offer email. You must complete the online registration form, learner agreement and suitability declaration as soon as this is received.

2. Your school trial day
We will organise a trial day for you at one of our partnership schools. If you already have a school lined up, you are still encouraged to take part in a trial day with the school you have arranged.
This is your chance to step into a real school environment, showcase your skills, and demonstrate your enthusiasm for teaching. It’s an opportunity to experience lessons first-hand, get a feel for the school, and make a positive impression on staff. Ensure you also showcase your subject knowledge strengths.
During a trial day, you can typically expect:
-
A tour of the school, exploring the facilities and getting a sense of the school culture
-
Time in lessons with the department or year group you are interested in
-
An informal discussion or interview, giving you a chance to reflect and connect with staff
Some schools may also invite you to take part in a teaching experience —you’ll receive details in advance if this applies.
Make the most of your trial day: be confident, enthusiastic, proactive and use it to leave a lasting impression. You want to show high standards of professional behaviours through your discussions, engagement and attitude.
For any questions about trial days, please contact jade@teachbeyond.uk.
3. Join the WhatsApp group - connect with other trainees
